CURRENT CLASSES AND PROGRAMS

  • NEW! Independence in Motion  |  ages 10-15 with special needs 
    Life skills for everyday success will be explored in this structured, movement-based program designed to build functional skills, social communication, and independence through guided routines and real-world practice in a supportive, highly individualized environment.
  • NEW! The Sensory Collective  |  ages 4-12 with special needs
    An immersive, multi-sensory experience integrating art, music, and movement to support emotional regulation, communication, and self-expression. Designed to meet a wide range of sensory and developmental needs through structured yet flexible engagement.
  • Adaptive Art Collective  |  ages 4-12 with special needs 
    The Art Collective class will explore various avenues of artistic expression for our participants. The class will consist of drawing, painting, sculpting, arts and crafts, and much more. The class will encourage our students to expand their creativity while expressing themselves artistically. Individualized modifications to activities will be made as needed.
  • Adaptive Dance & Music  |  ages 4-12 with special needs
    Children are introduced to basic dance techniques and musical instruments through creative body movement and musical expression. Individualized modifications to activities will be made as needed.
  • Adaptive Sports Foundation  |  ages 4-12 with special needs
    This class allows children to develop gross and fine motor skills while learning the basics of popular sports including baseball, basketball, soccer, and more. Individualized modifications will be made as needed.
  • Adaptive Warrior Challenge  |  ages 4-6 & ages 7-12 with special needs
    An energetic class utilizing specially designed ninja challenge course equipment such as our mini traversing wall, cargo net, mini trampoline, obstacle courses, and more. Goals include improving strength, agility, and balance in a group setting. Individualized modifications to activities will be made as needed.
  • Adaptive Swim  |  ages 6-14 with special needs
    In this program, children will: Learn how to relax and feel comfortable in the water. Practice floating techniques. Develop basic swimming skills, including alternating arm and leg movements. Learn how to submerge safely. Gain confidence in survival floating, if needed.
  • Adaptive Yoga  |  ages 4-12 with special needs
    Enjoy different poses and fun stretches designed to engage the body, mind and spirit. Individualized modifications to activities will be made as needed.
